This was the worst order, delivery, product packaging I have experienced. The product is shipped in 2 separate boxes. I received the first one (light shade only) without any notification about the second box, other than 'shipment partially delivered' on my order status. After waiting over one week without word, I followed up and Wayfair agreed to resend the product. The customer service rep instructed me to discard the already received product as they would replace the whole thing. This was incorrect information. Thankfully, I chose to ignore their instructions and keep the shade knowing that they will likely only send the second box. I finally received the second box which came pretty quickly. The product was packaged horribly. The white foam packaging material came broken in many small pieces and tiny beads that made a mess everywhere. These little pieces are very difficult to clean up and took me a lot of time to do so, not to mention they are bad for the environment. The actual product itself is fine for now.
