I have bought a small silk lampshade at lamp shop before. It was over $100 and now I am retired. I need a new shade so badly and I tried Wayfair and looked carefully with sizes. It’s affordable. Got the shade and touched carefully. The fabric is really silk! So I placed on the lamp. Sides was correct 12 inches. The bottom and top was 1.5 inches short. I was looking for a maximum 28"x48" rug to go between two doorways and every other rug I looked at, which was a lot of rugs, didn't come close to that, but this one did AND it looked nice so I got it. It's 26" but the important thing is it isn't too wide like most others. It is very good quality and much softer than expected, and you can vacuum it without it bunching up like some of the newer style flat rugs. This is an old style rug (in a good way). I just got this rug Friday and put it down on Saturday night.
