I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together. If i could give this less I would. Locks don't work. They have usb cords coming out of them but no instructions what so ever and don't appear to go with the lock at all. This window ac unit does everything it should. Its small but mighty. I have it in a smaller bedroom and it cools it down very quickly! The lowest temp is 61 as a timer and all the basic features that a window unit usually comes with. You can turn the display off the lights in the display with the remote or you can leave it on. The display is very clear to read. I know its more of a personal preference, but I like how the remote is kind of bulky and a nice size.
