I'm so happy we went with this couch. Though slightly firm it's still so comfortable. The velvety soft material is amazing too. Only thing is that it was shedding in the beginning so I washed all the covers and it has not been a problem since. Installing was relatively easy but took me a while, about an hour and half. The reclining loveseat is very nice. The color is a little darker than the pic (more of a charcoal gray) which I really wanted a more medium gray, but I’ll be ok with it. My hands are on the small side, but felt very good in my hand. Have only used twice, once to slice an apple and the other to thinly slice a tomato.
