Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. I like broil king grills, I just like the way they heat up and I mostly enjoy the side burner, I like to keep the heat and cooking smells outside. So my BK gets a lot of use, my second one.
