The reason for 4 stars is that the back cushions are a little thin, but it sits very deep which is something I was looking for. I also recommend paying the extra 100 for professional assembly. I bought this couch on 5/6/2026 and it arrived today, on the 8th. So far, I'm very happy. It firs perfectly in my space. Its not too big but its not small either. It's very sturdy. The cushions are nice and firm, but still a little bouncy and the fabric is soft. Overall, very comfortable! The pull out bed is smooth and easy to open up and put back. I can't wait to have movie nights with my kids on this couch. I'm very pleased so far. Also, it was super easy to put together. I thought that it didn't come with directions so I ended up putting it halfway together on my own until I found the directions lol. I'm a 5'1 woman and put it together on my own in about an hour. The only hard part was the last ar because I had to lift the couch up and it is heavy! But that's because I didn't pay attention to the directions. I want to emphasize how heavy this couch is. I have it on carpet, and it is EXTREMELY difficult to move around. Very, very heavy. Absolutely love it! I was hesitant because of some reviews remarking about the back pillows being too thin or flimsy and how one customer added an extra pillow for extra filling. I purchased it and did exactly what the reviewer suggested and BOOM!! Couldn’t have come out any better, so adding an extra king pillow to each of the 3 back pillows is the magic and I also inserted smaller ones to the 2 armrest pillows. Came out beautifully and looks so nice in our flex room. The seat cushions are nice, firm but soft, the premium Chenille is gorgeous. This oversized sectional sofa recliner contains 9 piece- 1 corner seat, 1 right arm seat with recliner, 1 left arm seat with recliner, 2 armless seats, 2 console, 2 armless with recliner. The sectional sofa looks bigger and have a better texture in real life than it does in the pictures, and you will be amazed by it when you get close to it in person.

The couch itself is wonderful. It is huge so make sure to measure the space. The nice thing is that any piece could be removed if needed and all of the pieces can be rearranged. Getting each piece electrical to connect to the next one was a time consuming challenge I didn’t expect. I didn’t expect to have to do this with ‘full service’. The delivery company assigned to my area (NE Iowa) is AWFUL. After being rescheduled 4x, we FINALLY received it, only to have the delivery men just unload the boxes into our garage.
