I own this in dark purple and loved it so much I bought one for my brother in orange. I’ve had mine for 5 years, absolutely zero chipping in the enamel or paint. Under the lid has little bumps to consolidate the steam as it builds up inside the pot and drips the water back into the pot rather than running water down the outside of the pot (which one of my Le Cruesets do). I wanted purple dishes and these were great. I’ve had the same dishes for 47 years so I was due for a change. The bowls are very deep and the sandwich plates are a bit smaller than I’m used to, but actually work great so I don’t fill up my plate and can cut calories. They go thru the dishwasher just fine.
