This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. It takes time to get used to it. Because is ventless it will heat up the room or space where the dryer is located. I found myself emptying the water tank twice after 5 loads. It does leave the clothes damp but you will just have to figure out the settings that works best for your clothes. Noise is minimal and the door is adjustable. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
