This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. This innovative KOHLER® Anthem+ system controller acts as the wiring center and brain for the Anthem showering system, providing connections for every component and powering the digital control. We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. The sink looks beautiful. Waiting to be installed. The only flaw I noticed was around the drain hole. The metal seems showing darker and is not gold like the rest of the sink. It is not noticeable unless you look directly at it. Not sure how cleaning of this sink will be. the space for the drain is narrow. Can only access with a tooth brush to clean. The recirculation kits performs multi-stage filtration and removes the odor from the gas and smoke that is sucked into the range hood, which removes harmful components and pollutants in the smoke, and effectively solves the problem of using range hoods in houses where the range hood cannot be exhausted. Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)

This is the second home I have installed Kohler Riverby sink in because I love it so much! I have had the 30" version of it in my house since 2016 and it still looks like new! Keeping the included rack in the sink keeps it from getting scratched or marked. I needed a smaller sink for a small condominium I own, so I purchased the same sink in this 25" version. Having the drain offset away from the center makes it much easier to place and rinse dishes without spoons or forks dropping straight down into the drain, so I have never had that issue. It is beautiful, sturdy and the best part is how it slightly slopes downward toward the drain, making rinsing and cleaning it much more efficient.
