I was a little hesitant to get this island pendant before finishing the renovations on our house, you can see from the pics we're in a bit of construction disarray! But the pendant is perfect and I can see our large wood table with the wrought iron chairs fitting perfectly with this set. I used the Edison style bulbs which are a stylish complement to the pendant. Since we had an electrician doing work in the house I had them put it up and because we have a slant roof, they made a little angled block to mount the fixture to so it's sits perfectly, although it still needs to be finished to match the ceiling in the pic..
