My 12-year-old daughter loves the bed. I paid someone to assemble it, and it took approximately two hours. The bed is very sturdy once it’s anchored to the wall. My daughter is only 5’6”, and she bumps her head quite often underneath the bed. The ladder is also a bit uncomfortable to climb, even though it comes with padded steps. You definitely need two People to put up this bed and pay attention to where the pieces go as one mistake can cause you to take down a good portion of the bed and start over. OMG. This took so long to put together…literally 8 hours and two people. There are over 40 steps and each step has steps. Parts are mislabeled and it’s super easy to secure a part upside or backwards. I just put together a loft bed in February and that took me about 4 hours. I went into building this assuming it would take just about as long but no. With that said, the quality of this loft bed is 5 stars. The one I built in February didn’t feel super sturdy but this one is a different story. If you go into the process knowing you’re going to spend all day building it, I think you’ll be happy.. B. CA. Arrived in 3 separate boxes (the heaviest two at about 100 lbs), so be prepared for that. Assembly took about 4 hours from start to finish, so it's a real project. Did run into a few issues during construction. Two of the holes (right next to each other) were drilled too large, had to use washers so the screw wouldn't go through the hole. Would have been a hassle if I didn't have the part handy. Also, there was some damage... A bunch scratches, and the soft headboard had a pretty deep hole in the bottom. All that being said, the design is very solid. Tons of storage space, feels sturdy. Built in LED lights and plugs are a nice touch. Dimensions seem as advertised (though the listing said a 6" mattress works, and that feels a little thick for the 10" rail). In the photo I have a 5" mattress and a 2" topper, and I'll need ti install something additional on top of the rail for safety.. Anonymous. Fri Jun 26 2026

Customer service has been outstanding. Quality control, not so much. The first bed came with a through and through crack of one of the footboard legs as well as an opened joint at the juncture of the footboard crosspiece and the leg. We sent photos to customer service requesting a replacement piece. They sent an entire second bed. It arrived today. The leg was intact, but the footboard, once again, was not firmly attached, and a visible nonunion was noticed as soon as we examined that piece. I absolutely love this Bed. My daughter sleeps sooo good and she feels soo comfortable. We got her a memory foam mattress and you can get her out. Ive sat on the bed and OMG 10 out of 10!!
