With an artist mother and a lot of his childhood spent outdoors and traveling, Nashville-based artist Matt Brass was destined to create art depicting the best of the great American outdoors. The series is an homage to the original Depression-era Ranger Naturalist Service Series, which was part of the 1930s New Deal arts project.
