Unnecessary! I ordered this because it was recommended with my sideboard purchase. This side board had no drawers and is a sturdy piece. Therefore this strap to hold the piece to the wall was unnecessary. When I asked to return it, the shipping to be paid by me was 12 the cost of this item. I will not trust wayfair recommendations.
