My favorite feature is the height adjustment so I can stand while I work. This allows me to use my walking pad. It ships in 2 boxes. I love the size of it and the L shape. Surprisingly easy to assemble. Will need a second person to assist with lifting the top with legs attached. We have been unable to put this together yet. But, it is very heavy which tells me that it will be well made. It came in 5 packages and all were in good condition.
