The hot tub was easy to set up and get the chemicals correct even though this is our first experience with any hot tub. The jets are a little noisy. For an inflatable hot tub we are very happy with our purchase. Use the App as it helps with regulating, heating and keeping clean. I love this HOT TUB. Easy set up with 2 people. It seems sturdy enough. Once inflated the sides are firm with rigid inserts(not seen) to hold the weight of the water.
