This is a very sturdy and attractive crib. When I opened the box, all the hardware had come loose from its container. It was very hard to find all the little screws and washers that had fallen to the bottom and were wedged under the cardboard. There was styrofoam EVERYWHERE by the time I was done searching. Do yourself a favor and Google the instructions on a tablet so you can enlarge them. They are attached to the mattress board which makes them hard to access and read. You really should have 2 people working on putting this together so one person can help hold it in place while the other screws in the bolts. Thankfully all the holes lined up properly. This crib is the perfect size for my space. I ordered it in natural. If I had to do it again after seeing natural in person I probably would have ordered cherry or espresso. The natural has multiple color variations. It's too late for me to return it. It was pretty easy to assemble. The directions indicate that a screw driver is needed, however everything needed to assemble is included in the package. On the website it says the mattress is not included, however this is one. I’ve been looking for the mini crib Autumn conversion kit everywhere (it’s sold out). I found it “open box” here on Wayfair. I would’ve preferred the color chestnut, but the white looks fine! I’ve never bought “open box” and my experience was 5 stars. It had all the tools, instructions and was nicely packaged. To convert the mini crib into the toddler bed took about 10 minutes. Great crib for the price. It was easy to assemble, feels sturdy, and looks nice in our nursery. The adjustable mattress height is very convenient, and the crib feels safe and well-made.
