This is gorgeous tile. If the company can figure out how to pack it right, it will be well worth the hassle. I got two damaged boxes, sent both back, and got the 3rd one with a few chips but nothing I couldn't live with. Wayfair representative was WONDERFUL. I felt the situation was handled professionally. I'm only giving this 4 stars as I've spent over an hour on the phone (in total) dealing with a situation that could have been avoided had the company packed the tile properly in the first place. This natural stone tile is water-resistant. A v2 is a slight variation, which is distinguishable differences in texture and/or patterns with similar colors. These pebbles/rocks, round/oval, nontextured, with natural stone color variation, natural stone, mesh backed, mosaic sheet tiles are not suitable for outdoor use. The box comes in 11 pieces which equals 11 sq ft of coverage. Please note that a sample of this product is a partial piece that is manually cut with a machine from the full-size tile. That is done so that customers can analyze the product and its respective variations in different design types. Shipping and delivery of a sample are much faster than a case or sheet order, especially if the order is Less than Load Freight LTL. Got the sample doesn't look anything like the picture, but went ahead and ordered it because liked the thickness of the stone for our hearth and thought sample was still nice (mostly grey with white flecks). Got the tiles and they are very random, a lot of grey with flecks of white or brown and a few light tiles with grey and Browns running thru, even got a pink one.
