• Advice (as one does with any new range): Compare oven temp with separate oven thermometer
• Audio alert such as the moment when the oven has reached the preheat temp and when bake time is reached, is faint compared to other ovens I have used. Please amplify the alert or allow the user to set the volume on alerts. Some folks may be harder of hearing than others.
• Storage drawer is large enough to store unused oven racks as well as (separately acquired) broiler pans.
• Warming center (a great feature) on cooktop passed the melted butter test (i.e. keeping butter in melted but not over-heated state)
• Instead of two large burners in the front, the cooktop would be much more useful if one of the burners in the front could allow the user to select either a larger burner circumference or a smaller one. Sometimes, a smaller burner is the only one needed. (Tea for two, for example.)
• Oven door projects into the room a bit more than I expected, but is not obtrusive for my galley kitchen.
• The oven shuts off when the timer reaches the set time. The user should be the one who cancels the bake, not the oven, unless Bosch gives the user an option to shut off when the oven timer reaches the set time. I do not use the oven timer.. Elizabeth R. Wed Mar 18 2026
