The manufacturer included tools in each hardware bag in case you discarded some along the way and there were more reinforcements than I’ve seen in modern furniture. Much better construction than I expected! Though, there is a small nick on the tabletop near where the butterfly leaf is, but it is barely noticeable. I would also suggest paying attention to the width of this table. I was so focused on length, I didn't pay attention to the width. This one is 5 inches more narrow that our last table. These chairs and table were very well made. It came disassembled but was not all that hard to put together. The table is heavy and sturdy and will last a long time. When I first installed the bathroom lighting (5-light vanity fixture), I used regular (standard bulb-shaped) bulbs. Looked attractive, but thought it would give off more brilliance. I just changed the bulbs to the T10 LED variety, and WOW ... WHAT BRILLIANCE!! So, it isn't always the design of the fixture, but rather the bulb application that can make a world of difference.
