I recommend setting this up on 2 pallets with plywood attached on top if it isn't going on a hard level surface. Tolerances are tight, and you will be happier with the result if it's on a perfectly level surface. Too bad about the peeling plastic, as it's a good looking shed for the money. Perfect for my needs. This is a a great storage shed if you have bulky stuff or things like bicycles that you would need to store. It does not weigh 5 tons, but it also feels sturdy enough for outdoor storage. What I would have improved for this unit is, you have to drill some of the holes yourself (specially those for the small screws). In essence, they don't even have a "mini-hole mark" or something that guides your drilling. You basically have to eye-ball it. Also, the holes on some of the brackets are super small and you almost have to force the screws into them.
