I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too. Like every grill I've ever used, some spots are warmer than others. It takes a bit of experimentation. Some times this is an advantage. Move thinner cuts to the sides and thicker cuts nearer the back of the grill to get all to cook evenly and be done at the same time. The axillary side burner heats a bit more slowly than I'd hoped.
