This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. I love this toilet. It sleeker and prettier than some of the larger more expensive brands. There are things I would change.. toilet seat should close then flush.
