This jute rug is perfect for my office! I love the size, and the jute is surprisingly soft. From what I can tell so far, it’s not shedding much at all and it didn’t have any weird smell or shedding right out of the package, which was a huge plus. We needed a living room rug that would blend in with our floral chairs and accent the room nicely. We like rugs with thicker piles. This rug worked perfectly. The colors are muted enough to not fight with our chairs. It is a bit more yellowish than the picture showed but it works for us. The carpet layer smooth from the beginning. I normally dont post reviews but thought that I would due to how happy that I am with this purchase. This rug exceeded my expectations due to the thickness, quality and color of the rug. The pictures dont do it justice but this rug is very thick and high quality. The brown and grey colors really pop and there is a touch of blue that adds to the rug.
