I bought two of these rugs after looking for some time. I have used them on my covered porch for two spring /summer seasons. I am very happy with the durability and it is lovely. Would definitely order again and again. The colour is neutral and gives a "jute rug" vibe however the rug is soft (flat pile). I have not experienced any issues with the threads or staining. It has been wet and dries fairly quickly. Not certain I would install in areas that are not protected as it is not on the cheaper side and would be concerned the elements may damage it. I am so happy with this choice and love how it makes the room feel. The colors are true to the description. The blue is more of a steely blue. Depending on the lighting the rug can look more creamy. The reason for 4 stars is that it came folded and had deep creases. We opened it on the driveway for several hours. It helped clear the smell and relax the creases. This is my first rug purchase made online. It works in my space beautifully! At first it seemed more bold of a pattern because of all the black in it but I rotated the rug because there was less black on the other side of it and that worked much better.
