I bought two of these rugs after looking for some time. I have used them on my covered porch for two spring /summer seasons. I am very happy with the durability and it is lovely. Would definitely order again and again. The colour is neutral and gives a "jute rug" vibe however the rug is soft (flat pile). I have not experienced any issues with the threads or staining. It has been wet and dries fairly quickly. Not certain I would install in areas that are not protected as it is not on the cheaper side and would be concerned the elements may damage it. I am just beginning my "redo" project, so can't attach photos of the completed project until the house is painted and larger rugs are ordered and delivered. I looked at every online sales site for area rugs, but kept coming back to this one. Finally I ordered the smallest available since if I didn't like it, returning would be easier. I don't just like it, but LOVE it! The rug feels so good under foot, and brightens the room considerably. Our house is what we call "Fifty Shades of Tan," and this rug has enough of a tan hint that it's a perfect compliment to our floors.
