This is the perfect 9x12 rug for our family room! I bought a different cheaper rug initially, and there is a sizeable difference in the quality. This one is much thicker, denser, and has a perfect pattern for hiding stains or spills. That said, I wouldn't pay full price for the rug. We got it on sale and I feel like it's well worth it. Beautiful!! Got such a good deal on it so wasn’t expecting much. Phew! Glad I took a chance! Goes really well with my sofa. It’s light but has variations of light and dark. The dark is kind of a grey with some medium colored camel and light grayish background with flex of a subtle pinkish red throughout that can translate into a reddish terracotta. This type of rug is great for the price. Nice designs, attractive color schemes, thick weave, a very nice rug. My only complaint is that all of these rugs shed, not a problem if you stay on top of vacuuning. I have a similar rug that, only after 25 years, is looking worn in high traffic areas. Great buy..
