We did have many pieces come bent and screws missing. They did offer us a resolution and agreed to send new parts. So customer service was good. Once my husband was able to get all the pieces working I do like the final look. The legs are not solid wood but wood pieces. However it is still heavy and sturdy. No damage to wood. I purchased the 13’ x 15 wooden gazebo only problem they sent me the wrong size the item was of great quality and I’m sure it would have looked great on my outside deck. My customer service person was very, very helpful and accommodating me on getting a refund and accepted the return. I was able to donate the return to Habitat For Humanity because of the item was delivered with one of the boxes busted open with missing pieces too big to return and there was no boxes for the return. The 12x20 pergola I ordered is close to 1000 pounds shipping in 7 boxes so the heaviest single box is about 150 lbs so two people are needed to move it around. The instructions recommended 4 people for the install. I had my brother to help but due to the weight I wanted 6 people (one at each post) to move the assembled product to minimize damage to the frame. High quality parts all around but because it’s all aluminum that is great for lower weight but it is still 1/2 ton of weight that needs to be moved around during an installation.
