The rug is of moderate comfort- its not plush or lined with any padding so I did not expect it be super comfortable out of the packaging. I love the product and it arrived on time. My only negative comment is the rug I ordered is about 3/4 inch less than what it's suppose to be. The rug is supposed to be 8'X8' - it is approx 3/4 " less than 8X8. The rug is of high quality and very lovely.. Kimberly. Palm Desert, CA. Fri May 08 2026
