Needlessly skeptical.... When I opened the box and removed the unit my first thought was oh, this is going back...however, after assembling it I decided to give it a chance. That was a good choice...and so is this little food processor. I was totally surprised at the speed with which it chops, slices, etc. It packs some power that's hidden in its compact size. I've been using it over and over again since then. As far as quantity, well, if you have a larger quantity than it can hold in the jar after slicing its easily emptied and ready for more and does it quickly. I have a larger Cuisinart but love that this one is truly lightweight and comfortably fits in my kitchen cabinets (hate clutter on my countertops). Clean up is a breeze too! So, between my new 3qt Instant Pot, my 4 cup Food Processor and B&D Toaster that were all recently purchased from Wayfair (quick delivery on all !), I have to send out a BIG THANK YOU for having a great line of appliances.. Just what I needed at an amazing price. I had to find a small model that could do both because I lack counter and cabinet space. I use this daily and it sits on my counter. The food processor fits quite a bit of food (4 cups)and also come with a shredder/slicer which is a bonus. The blender is full size. My first Cuisinart was a wedding gift and lasted over 25 years. Let’s hope the same for this…. Update…two years later and the food processor stopped working long ago. The blade never turns around. Blender works but I need the chopping tool more.. Sandra. MA.
