This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. We have had this installed now for 6 months and absolutely love this toilet! The sleek design makes for easy cleaning and the two flush facility is great energy saving.
