[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last dishwasher was also a Bosch, installed over 15 years ago. I was shocked (though I obviously shouldn't have been) to see that the water and electrical hookups had moved completely, making the install much more complicated for me. On the other hand, the newer leveling procedure is much nicer. Of course, we're still just getting used to it, but I fully expect this new Benchmark version to last at least as long as the old "800" model did, and be just as easy to live with. (Full disclosure, the old one would still be running fine if "someone" hadn't taken a tumble on the open door!) So far, my only quibble (and it's a large one) is that the Delay Start button has been moved to ONLY the app and is no longer on the control panel. At least let it be part of your Favorites settings! This sink exceeded expectations both visually and functionally. The 16-gauge stainless steel feels thick and durable. Pulls work great. We had a unique need for door handles for two different doors in a recent remodel. Both doors were ball catch closure with the door style too narrow for a dummy door knob set. We already had the pull on the kitchen cabinets and decided to use the larger 160mm for the adjacent pantry doors. The look is uniform and ties together the two areas. We also had a narrow linen closet with the same ball catch closure and decided to use it there as well to tie in with the adjacent cabinetry. Again, it looks good for this non traditional application. We did replace the enclosed screw with a longer (3”) #8-32 machine screw to accommodate the thicker door dimension and added a small #8 zinc washer on the screw head to provide more bite for the handle opening the door..
