The shed arrived packaged in two big bundles and was delivered down two dirt roads to gravel driveway. Great delivery service ! My carpenter neighbor put the building together on piers. However he reinforced the floor with additional two by fours. The building was a good value with the windows. This building is my she-shed for my Mtn getaways. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. Unable to afford a second house here, my she shed will be my camping getaway site. No close site neighbors. Plenty of storage space on the shelf inside as well. Hinges are continuous from top to bottom to prevent sagging. Smartside siding is treated to prevent fungal decay and insect infestation.

The exterior walls are so thin that I would never recommend stapling a vapor barrier on the interior because the Staples come through on the outside even if they are very short. The frame beams are twisted and crooked, overall it is a poor quality kit. The instructions are easy, however the quality of the wood is very poor. I thought I was getting a good deal but I was not.. The hardest part was snapping the corner panels into the floor. We manage with one person pulling down on the panel while another pried up the floor to snap it into place.
