I love the depth of these two sinks, they allow you to wash and dry with the convenience, and include racks at the bottom so you can dry your dishes in the sink instead of piling on your countertop if you don’t have time to hand dry (makes everything tidier in the kitchen!). I have several stove top smokers. This is one of them. It does a good job, you just have to insure the wood chips (make sure they are real fine) don't get wet from the juices. A little foil on the bottom with the ends turned up will do the trick. I smoke salmon regularly for my wife. Since I cook on an induction top, this smoker makes good contact with the hob and works efficiently. You will have to experiment to get your desired smoke flavor.. Jtom4cats. Really nice in our kitchen. We replaced an old cast iron sink with this one and it instantly updated my kitchen. Only problem is there is a metal rail all around the bottom rim of the sink that you put the clips on to hold it into place. The plumber had to cut my counter top so the sink would fit.. Carol.
