I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Also the boxes are delivered with box 3 on top which is good to access the installation instructions but the floor is in box 1 where we started. Screws and parts were in packages that didn’t match the instructions. Had to play hunt and seek for everything. The truss information in the instructions were wrong as only two trusses had the notch for the door but no reference for the other 2 matching trusses we had so ended up instead of removing the whole roof and taking an additional 4 hours we had to adjust the trusses for the door manually to accommodate the door swing - why all trusses aren’t the same is beyond me or the instructions were better. This is NOT an off brand adjustable bed frame, it’s made by Mlily who make quality bed frames. It uses two whisper quiet lift motors, a name brand controller module, four earth shaking vibration motors and a heavy duty frame. We purchased two king bed frames and both had FOUR position legs(3” each) and a LIGHTED remote control(see images). You will easily pay twice the price for a comparable bed frame anywhere else with the same features. My wife and I(58 and 60yo) were able to separate the two king bed frame sections at the three hinge points with a metric ratchet and wrench and unplug three quick disconnects in order to half the weight to 100lbs each and bring them up a flight of stairs, then reconnect everything on the second floor, this process saved our backs and cost us an extra fifteen minutes tops. Installation was super simple and the remote was already paired to the frame.
