I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. This gazebo came well packaged. The instructions were spot on and we had it done in 14 hours. It is very sturdy and well thought out. I suggest that you seal the wood before putting it together as others have said. We mounted this to a pre- existing concrete patio. The mounting bolts were a little small so we changed out the way we mounted it to the slab. This thing is not moving! I had one missing part and I called them on a Sunday and a holiday weekend at that and they answered. I gave them the serial number and the part number and the gal said it will arrive in 2-5 days. Just purchased a lake front lot wanted a gazebo for entertaining. Looked at lots of options and settled on this one because it fit in with the nature of the lot and the cedar framing was such a nice feature. It took 3 weekends to assemble but my husband and I really enjoyed the process. Directions were sufficient for a couple of amateur’s. We have received so many compliments on it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this shed in late Fall of 2025 but was not able to assemble until Spring of 2026. The shed went together easily with two people. The hardest part was snapping the corner panels into the floor. We manage with one person pulling down on the panel while another pried up the floor to snap it into place. This shed provides plenty of room for me to clean out the garage and have items readily available instead of piled up. The shed seems to be sealed up nicely. Loved that you could choose your delivery date for large purchases (gazebo) through Wayfair. Delivery guys were great and delivered a gazebo right when they said.
