I purchased two of these to put them outside in my backyard. I left them in the pot it came with and put them in larger pots with more rocks on top. I love these artificial palm trees. They look great on my porch by either side of my door. The top part, which includes the leaves and the trunk of the tree, slides into the base which is made of the other part of the trunk and the pot.
