This beautiful tree came yesterday, and I got very worried when I saw the damage to the box :( but fortunately it was not really damaged some of the stems were a little smashed but fluffed up ok. I ordered a tree similar to this from Wayfair 9 years ago. I took it out of the bag this year and it was yellowing so i tossed it, figured it was time to purchase a new one. I ordered this tree and when I received it and opened the box it was more yellowed than the one I tossed. So I called Wayfair , had to send them pictures and at first they gave me a difficult time telling me I’d have to contact the manufacturer, there was nothing they could do. So I asked to be escalated up as I was having party in one week and needed the tree ASAP. They met my request and sent me a new one that came before my party. I am satisfied with the second tree. It wasn’t super expensive so i feel it was worth the money. I had to send back the other tree which was inconvenient but they paid for the return shipping. At 48 inches tall, they bookend the table nicely giving some depth with the variegated height. I chose black matte to match out patio bar and accessories but I am certain the white is gorgeous as well. The grass looks real! The black pebbles in the planter are stationary which is great - they don’t fall out when I move the planters around. I did think the planters would be heavier.
