By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too. Nice grill. Heats up quickly and love that the burners light up well. The backlit control knobs are great as they light up red if turned on. I have found that there are zones with different temperatures on the cooking surface, so that needs to be watched when cooking and you may need to move the food around on the surface. The product was perfect for our needs. The price was very fair and the financing was great. The set up was easy. The only thing that should be addressed is in the set-up of the CO2 gauages and connections. That section of the manual could use a little more clarity. Additionally, the Icons in the manual were a bit blurry. Other than the I found my experience with this transaction, delivery, financing and the integerity of Wayfair to be great.. John. Ely, NV.
