We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. This fridge is a nice stainless steel color so it really blends in with all the other tools and stuff in the garage. Its got the handles built into the door so no bulky handles to get in the way when you're working around it. The inside is also well made with the glass shelving and everything can be easily adjusted to accommodate what you want to keep in it. We keep drinks primarily in ours as well as items we need to keep cold that we don't have room for in the kitchen fridge. The freezer keeps frozen treats for when we need to cool off from working or playing outside on the warmer days. The fridge keeps drinks nice and cold, perfect for when you need to cool off and rehydrate after being outside. The top rack for cutlery is a big improvement over my last dishwasher, and I like the being able to change the height of the the top rack (even changing the heights indepdentently to give more room to taller items on one side). This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min.
