Great quality and love the simple design. I didn't use this on a door that was made for a dummy handle, it was a working handle before. I used this on my hard surface flooring and when it detected fur and/or debris the power picked up on it's own to make sure it was gathered in a single swoop. I enjoyed having the little light because as I pushed under the cabinets in the inset space there I was able to see what was there without having to bend down or sweep it out ahead of time. The battery was easy to charge and lasted long enough for me to do my entire first floor which consists of the kitchen, living room, dining room, flex room, bathroom, bedroom, and the halls along with using the attachment on my furniture and dining chairs.
