Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. I had used this type of air conditioner at an Air BnB and really like it, this was main reason for ordering this one and it is great. I especially like that it is a converter unit and can be used year-round for cooling in the summer and for heat in the winter. The greatest advantage, I think is the savings on your electric bill from not having to cool the entire house. The inverter option is great for any place with short winters for the same reason noted above, no furnace needed! I heat up a room for the cold hours of the night and that’s it. The remote control is a must, but it works great with the thermostat so I just set the temperature I like and that’s it! The room stays at a comfortable temperature. My husband was able to do most of the installation. It was relatively easy to install the unit on the wall with parts that are included, we only had a certified electrician do the the connection and final install of the unit. This was a great addition to my sunroom to replace my older 10K btu model that couldn’t keep up with the extreme colder temps (20°Fs and below). This space is not heated so my Mr. Heater acts as the primary source. I only have to turn the setting to 3 to heat the room and then down to 2. The thermostat does a good job shutting the unit on and off as needed. But it also offers function: the large single bowl ensures maximum workspace for cleaning bulky or oversized dishes. Our ultra-durable and dense fireclay is fired up to 2100°F and protected with our proprietary finish that safeguards and adds strength.

An attractive sink at a good price. This is a fireclay sink, which means it is fired at a lower temperature than a porcelain sink, but at a higher temperature than a ceramic sink. Higher temps increase hardness and durability. This becomes apparent as this sink will stain if left soiled overnight, unlike a porcelain sink which you can rinse and wipe clean. It is not a big deal as it does come clean with some bleach cleaner and a sponge. I am happy overall. Note: I bought a sturdy stainless steel sink grid, not included, to protect the bottom from nicks and scratches (~$50), which I recommend. Can be used as a trivet or a cooling rack as well..
