The delivery was spot on and well packaged It came wrapped in several layers of bubble and Saran wrap with styrofoam in the box. Took a while and some effort to open but not one tile was damaged. The actual box with the tiles is another story. Must be careful when opening the box it actually fell apart and some of the tiles fell on my foot.
