Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. I didn’t realize it had one and one of the pair I ordered has been leaking like a sieve and corroding for the last several months. Of course now I realize there is one, I am now one week out of warranty. I think the corrosion is a common occurrence with the bronze finish if you can’t keep them really dry, but not sure why both faucets I ordered are leaking so bad now because of my plumber or the product. This toilet has heated seat, heated water for the bidet and heated dryer. It is beautiful, and easy to clean. The night light is wonderful at night. This is my second Bcanhome smart bidet and I absolutely love it! I originally bought one at my home in Arizona and realized how much I would miss it when I was at my Wisconsin house, so I ordered another one and it arrived within a day.
