The suction power is outstanding, picking up dust, pet hair, and debris from both hard floors and carpets with no issues. The self-emptying dock is a huge convenience and saves a lot of time. Navigation is accurate, and the robot maps rooms efficiently without missing spots. The mopping feature is also a great bonus for keeping floors looking fresh between deep cleanings. Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit.
