The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement. We have not yet installed the toilet so I don't yet know how well it works but the size and look are great. The packaging form the manufacture is not great and the first one was delivered with a shattered tank. Wayfair is great in their response to get another one sent out immediately. Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts.
