Very efficient controller. Have only had it in place for about 2 months so time will tell, but it's working great so far. The only thing I wasn't clear on was that it will only work for one faucet. The fridge is very sleek and well laid out to maximize the small space. Definitely has a few cons - the drawers feel flimsy. The middle freezer drawer tends to get stuck and we have to lift the other drawers to get it to go back in. We have not yet installed the toilet so I don't yet know how well it works but the size and look are great. The packaging form the manufacture is not great and the first one was delivered with a shattered tank. Wayfair is great in their response to get another one sent out immediately.
