I've had this unit for a year now and can attest to its reliability and performance. My condo has a small laundry closet and this is the only front-loading LG model that would fit. It is quiet and most of my laundry comes out clean and ready for the dryer. I find that the dryer actually works comparably to a vented dryer and it is easier on my clothes. My condo association discourages ventless dryers because of its prior experiences with water damage from leaks into other units which are not as much of an issue with the newer ventless technology. I love that I don't have to worry about pulling the unit out of the closet to periodically clean the dryer vent. My only issue is that sometimes laundry will come out with dry streaks indicating that the wash cycle was somehow not fully soaked the garments, even when stacked in the drum according to the manual. This cozy critter 2 story small animal home is so elegant and fits into any home decor. I love that there’s multiple ways to open the cage. The top two sides come down and the front plastic side comes down while the back side is glass. The top also opens for access to your pets. The plastic side came cracked so I reached out to the company and they almost immediately shipped out a replacement part for free. This product also comes with a 10 year warranty and it’s very easy to set up online. It was also easy to assemble.
