This cozy critter 2 story small animal home is so elegant and fits into any home decor. I love that there’s multiple ways to open the cage. The top two sides come down and the front plastic side comes down while the back side is glass. The top also opens for access to your pets. The plastic side came cracked so I reached out to the company and they almost immediately shipped out a replacement part for free. This product also comes with a 10 year warranty and it’s very easy to set up online. It was also easy to assemble.
