The top two sides come down and the front plastic side comes down while the back side is glass. The top also opens for access to your pets. The plastic side came cracked so I reached out to the company and they almost immediately shipped out a replacement part for free. This product also comes with a 10 year warranty and it’s very easy to set up online. It was also easy to assemble. This is THE BEST dog bed I have ever had. I currently have a lab (90lbs) and a mastiff mix puppy (62lbs). She is big and he will be bigger when he is fully grown. Their large bodies need the ortho support. As soon as I opened it, I put my knees into the foam. I did not touch the floor! When they lay down they stretch out.
