The only thing I was surprised about was how heavy the wooden chopping blocks are, including the one with a hole in it to accommodate the bowls. Love the look and all the accessories that are included in this sink. The quality is good. My only complaint is the fall, or slope of the sink from the left side to the drain is very low. Water drains fine, but if you plan on installing a food disposal, you will need to push any food debris down to the right side. If you use the included rack in the bottom of the sink, that makes it a bit tougher to do, so plan on a powerful faucet sprayer to assist you. I LOVE this sink. I had purchased another sink from Wayfair for my kitchen remodel. However once the cabinets were installed I realized it was going to be wide front to back so I was on the search for a new one when I stumbled upon this beauty. We have not installed it yet, our contractor did a key scratch test on a section of it that would be hidden the under mount area and the black didn’t scratch off. Product delivered as described and looks good. The box did look damaged and retapped but the stuff inside seems to be fine. We are going to confirm we got everything when we install it.
